Extremely thorough and professional. Our inspector, Paul – was amazing! Not only was extremely knowledgeable, but he took the time to explain his findings and frame it in person and his report that we could understand. Awesome job, Paul! Great work!

My husband and I recently used Ron for a pre-purchase home inspection during our due diligence period. We are first time home buyers and were so grateful for Ron’s expertise. He was extremely thorough and took the time to walk us through all of his concerns and answer any of our questions. There were a lot of construction details that we were not familiar with, I was grateful for his willingness to break things down for us. He made us feel so much more comfortable and confident that we had a grasp on the severity and potential expense for each of the listed concerns. The report was extremely thorough and really helped us in our negotiations with the seller. I would highly recommend Ron and will definitely be using him again for any future inspection needs.

My fiance and I were really happy with Michael’s inspection of our new home. He spent a long time at the house and kept us updated to his finishing time so we didn’t have to hang around all day while he worked. I appreciated his explanation to us as first time home buyers. He was very professional. I appreciated that he wore a mask and stood at a safe distance while giving us a rundown of the inspection as well! I’d recommend them, especially Michael!
