Nik Hodskins W/ Pillar To Post Home Inspectors

Nik took really good care of my dad (Joe McCarty) at his new place. He gave him recommendations and guided him through the home inspection report and process. Thanks for everything. Highly recommend.

Nik was amazing! Extremely thorough and such a pleasure to work with!! He took his time explaining every aspect of his report to us and provided recommendations accordingly. I opted for the additional infrared scanning. It ended up saving me $2400!!! Nik found a fire hazard issue with a circuit in the breaker box. An electrician later confirmed that it had to be fixed immediately and would be $2400 to replace the wiring and circuit. The current and previous home owners both argued that this issue was not listed on their home inspections upon purchasing the home. Their home inspectors did not use infrared technology. I have definitely found the home inspector I will use for all future purchases!! Cannot recommend enough!!!!

Extremely thorough and great work ethic. We loved seeing the pictures Nik took of the repairs needed and arrows pointing at exactly what was being described. He definitely knows what he’s doing!
