Russ was easy to get ahold of, flexible with schedule, on time and as thorough as it gets. Took his time and covered everything, and in top of it took the time when he was done to explain it all to me. Great guy and great work. Can’t go wrong.

He had a solid background in building new, as well as remodeling older houses. Very smart and thorough. Climbed every inch of my crawl space and found defects in insulation. Checked the entire roof and gutters. Explained everything well and answered all questions. Very easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

I am highly satisfied with the work and would highly recommend him for home inspections. He climbed the roof and did very thorough job in identifying some issues with the roof. Also, did a thorough check inside the home. Great job Russ and recommend to anyone looking for a inspector.
