We went with this home inspector on the advice of our realtor, Logan. We purchased our home end of January 2020 and didn’t move in until beginning of February. Logan said he never misses anything so we were expecting a thorough service. I could even understand missing something minor, hard to see, etc. I am not a big review writer, but I feel a home purchase is a major decision and you should have a trustworthy person inspect your home. After all, isn’t your home the biggest purchase you will probably make? Therefore, I have to put this information out and warn others.
