Awesome Inspector. Really understands homes, foundations, roofs, electrical, plumbing, framing and everything in-between. He not only finds problems that currently exist, but points out future concerns, and remedies. I’ve used many inspectors with Home Purchasing and Real Estate; Kevin is by-far the most thorough and professional. Reports include easy to read data, full-color pictures, and he is fast and flexible when scheduling. I recommend Kevin to family and friends, and use him myself on ANY purchases!

I have now had the pleasure of working with both Kevin Johnson and Toby McGowan and was impressed by their thoroughness, their same-day, detailed reports, and their responsiveness to follow-up questions. Customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend North Sound Home Inspections for anyone seeking an honest evaluation of a home’s integrity.

Purchased our 5th house over the summer, called Kevin from North Sound Home Inspections to set up the appointment. Kevin showed up 15 minutes before the appointment, and was completely set up and ready to go by the time we got to the house. His inspection of the home was incredibly thorough and the reports he provided were very in depth, everything was documented with crystal clear pictures that showed in great detail what each problem area was; his reports document not only the problem areas, but every aspect of the house that a home owner should be aware of such as what has been correctly installed. I wouldn’t consider buying another home unless Kevin has gone through it first!
