Here at North Valley Home Inspections, thorough and efficient is affordable. All of our inspectors are hand-picked and undergo a very elite selection process. To even be considered for the position the potential inspector must have a minimum of four years’ of experience in building and construction. Once selected all of our Inspectors go through an extensive six month training program. During this six month period our inspectors are trained by licensed trade professionals such as expert electricians, expert plumbers, and general contractors. Our excellent training team has over ten years’ experience in various trades. After the potential inspector passes, he/she will conduct supervised inspections for ninety days. Once their ninety day evaluation period is over, the inspector may conduct home inspections for our company.

As an agent I have seen a lot of home inspectors in my career, and a lot of them are the same. They want to do it as quick as possible. Eduardo did an amazing job, and when it came to helping the client to understand exactly what was needed with the home he did so in a very professional manner, never once rushing past anything, explain things in full detail, and really putting emphasis on items that should be addressed right away. The biggest takeaways for me with him was that 1. He is bilingual and can speak Spanish which was exactly what I needed for one of my clients, 2. He asked at multiple times throughout the inspection if the clients had any questions on what he’s showed them so far, or any concerns instead of just doing so only at the tail end of the inspection. 3. Though items definitely needed to be addressed that he discovered during the inspections, he never presented them in a way that sounds like the world is ending. In this regard, i have seen other inspectors put their own personal opinions into the inspection and alarm buyers, he keeps it professional and gives sound advice if further investigation is needed by another licensed professional. I will, after two inspections with him, me adding him into my personal list of recommended inspectors
