What a great inspector. Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. I looked it up online and the average inspection takes between 2-3 hours. He spent 5 hours at the home that my wife and I ended up buying. He alleviated all of our concerns and best of all I had the finished written report that night. But the best thing of all is that he said as long as we own the home, he considers us his customers and that we should contact him if we ever have any questions, even if its years into the future. Couldn’t ask for a better inspector!
