He takes the time to explain everything to me and even let me tag along while he was doing the inspection. Then after my room addition was completed he dropped off a couple of Radon tests for me. I can’t rave enough about Jake Short. I highly recommend him for your home inspection needs and any Radon tests.
He is thorough, meticulous, knowledgeable, and just a nice guy. He provides a very detailed report and answers any questions you may have. I found Jake to be the best home inspector I have ever employed. I highly recommend his services. Again, besides doing a phenomenal job he is also a highly ethical gentleman.
