He was very thorough, precise and consistent. We were very impressed at the timely manor our inspection was done and the report was complete and detailed. We live far away from the home being inspected and could not be there for our inspection so we were pleasantly surprised that he took great photos of things to show us proving he was up on the roof and all the spaces needed for us to see what exactly he was referring to. We would highly recommend his services and would definately use him again in any future inspections.

The highest compliment I can pay is to say that a professional treats something ‘as if it were his own.’ That’s the approach Tim takes when he does a home inspection. Above and beyond, and just a genuinely nice guy. We have a vacation rental business and Tim has inspected 3 properties for us. We’re about to have him check a fourth. We wouldn’t consider using any company other than Northwest Home Inspection Services.

The inspection report we received was very detailed, and Tim spent an hour on the phone with me on a Saturday to address my outstanding questions. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
