We are relocating from out of state and needed a reliable inspector, quickly. Michael was very responsive to our request and we were able to get him scheduled very quickly! Michael did two inspections for us, with one house being a completely not what we expected, we thank Michael’s expertise on the very detailed inspection and walk through the home. We asked Michael to do another inspection for us and he was extremely responsive to our quick request. On the second inspection Michael was very thorough with the inspection, and we received an amazing report the same day! Extremely impressed with Michael and would recommend Number 1 Home Inspector to all!

From start to finish, Michael was professional and extremely thorough, taking the time to walk us through every point of his inspection. As first time home buyers, Michael gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with our purchase. Additionally, we were on a tight timeline which Michael was happy to meet, despite being a holiday week, he made the time for us and got our report back to us by the following day. Michael performed an excellent general inspection on the property we are in the process of purchasing. We feel completely confident in this transaction after his through survey of all parts of the home. He was available soon after contacting him and he also spent several more hours working on the inspection than we’d anticipated. We are retiring from the Marine Corps, and therefore out of state, and he has put our hearts at ease about not having been able to view the home in person prior to going under contract. I highly recommend Michael and his inspection services.
