These inspectors know not just how to thoroughly inspect a house but how to treat you as a customer. Right from the start we were impressed with the gentlemen. They asked if there were any big concerns or questions we had about the house and/or the process. Being a USAF Crew Chief, I understand doing a thorough, systematic inspection and I could tell they had a solid inspection process in place. I really appreciated this. We could really tell they were actively listening to us when we asked questions or pointed put things which concerned us. Anytime the wife and I had a question they paused and addressed us, then without missing a beat picked up exactly where they left off. They provided a complete, detailed explanation as well as gave a visualization of everything they found. We got our inspection report the same afternoon; it was extremely detailed with great pictures including arrows pointing to what they found. We could continue praising these men regarding the great work they provided in addition to their excellent communication, professionalism, and people skills. We will totally recommend them to everyone and are so grateful to the friend who recommended them to us.
