I found Oberlin after seeing a very thorough inspection report on another home I was considering. When I went under contract I chose Jared over the inspectors my agent recommend, and I couldn’t be happier. The propery was huge and he spent extra time making sure he thoroughly covered each unit, and he got the inspection report completed on a tight deadline.

As a Realtor, I strategically advise my clients throughout the process, and I team with the most knowledgeable professionals to help them make informed decisions along the way. I trust Jared to be this resource for my clients. Purchasing a home is typically the largest investment that someone will ever make in life, and Jared understands this. He was detailed in his review of the property, documenting his observations with notes and photos, and did a wonderful job summarizing these findings, both in-person on-site during a wrap up conversation with my client as well as in writing via emailed delivery of the report within 24 hours! Not only did Jared make observations, but he has the knowledge and experience to make recommendations on priority items and to put these findings in perspective for a buyer, which is so important. Along with this stellar service, he’s also prompt in communications and scheduling too. Highly recommend!

Jared is amazingly considerate and professional. He took a lot of time explaining every detail of the whole-house inspection to me. When I received my (extremely comprehensive) report, there were no surprises. Jared is a FABULOUS home inspector (thorough and precise) and a really great person as well. You will not be disappointed! Five stars!!!
