Ian was just amazing. Highly recommended. Thorough, knowledgable, professional, friendly. He was like a home inspection encyclopedia. He was so much fun to watch in action – he really knows his stuff, and obviously loves to share what he knows. He explains things in a way that anyone can understand. My realtor and I were amazed, and told him he needs his own show on HGTV. His report was just as thorough, detailed, and articulate. Completely satisfied. I don’t ever want to buy another house, but if I did, he’s the first guy I would call.

He was very thorough and detail oriented on everything he inspected and made sure I understood all that he was explaining. The day of inspection was cold and snowy. He came back later when it was warmer to inspect the roof. A total professional! Highly recommended Ohio Advantage home Inspections!!

He walked us through each area of concern, answered questions, and explained in detail ways to solve each issue. His report was very detailed and included pictures with explanations.
