A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspections are usually conducted by a home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections. The inspector prepares and delivers to the client a written report of findings. The client then uses the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about their pending real estate purchase. The home inspector describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection but does not guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems or components.

I just bought a home for the first time and was completely unfamiliar with the inspection process. Aaron was extremely patient and made sure to walk me through everything step by step, ensuring that I had a full understanding of everything we discussed. He was willing to go everywhere and anywhere that was accessible, inside and out, and I was very impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. Aaron is responsive, punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. After the inspection, we had a full report back that same afternoon. I highly recommend Old Blue Home Inspections.

His background as a carpenter working on older houses is invaluable because he is able to evaluate the work that has already been done on a house particularly the structure and exterior. He was also able to provide radon testing. The inspection was thorough, he explained everything he was seeing and answered all of my questions. He even called the next day to follow up since I was new to the area, to make sure I understood the City POS inspection requirements. Would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Aaron is an excellent inspector, he explained everything as he was going and answered all questions. He was respectful and prompt. I highly recommend Old Blue Home Inspections.
