The inspector did a great and very professional job. This is the best inspection compared to our previous experiences.

He was on time, friendly and very thourough. All findings were sent to me and my realtor that day with detailed pictures and descriptions. Will be utilizing him again if ever needed for sure.

On time and quick. I was late and Mike still had no problem going over things I missed and letting me know price ranges on things that needed fixed/replaced in case I wanted or needed to do them myself. I am a first time home buyer and his input about the overall place was helpful. Very polite and professional.
