I was very satisfied with Oldham Inspection Consultants. May 21, 2021 11:37 am

The owner is very professional and up front with his house inspections. He recommended that I get a second opinion on the foundation of a home I was interested in purchasing, and unfortunately they sale didn’t go through because of foundation issues, but this is where he saved me a lot of money in the long run. I would highly recommend him for anyone in need of a home inspector.

I have used many home inspection services over the years, and Oldham Inspection Consultants was by far the best. Mr. Oldham is personable, responsive, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He seems to genuinely care about his clients and the quality of his inspections. In my experience, he was very hands-on and clearly dedicated to my satisfaction with his work. He patiently listened to my seemingly endless questions and answered as best he could. When I asked things he was unsure about, he both did research to find answers himself and guided me to where I could learn more. He seems to have a thirst for knowledge when it comes to situations he hasn’t encountered frequently – especially when learning more will enable him to provide even better service to his clients down the road. I was fortunate enough to find Mr. Oldham in West Virginia, and I was very impressed that he’s willing to travel all over the state – and outside of the state – to provide his services. I have, and will continue to, highly recommend him to friends and family in Ohio where he is licensed to work as well. I’m pleased that OIC offers annual maintenance checkups and yearly water testing services. It’s good to know there’s a professional who can help me proactively maintain my older home. Many thanks, Mr. Oldham – I’ll definitely be reaching out to you again in the future!
