He was early to our appointment (which I appreciate). He was thorough during his inspection, and gave us great advise. When we arrived to our home inspection our radon kit was already picked up an pending results! It was nice that it was done before our inspection and we were given our report the very next morning ! I would give him a 10/10 recommendation!!! Also GREAT PRICES!!!

First time home buyers so we contacted Tim to conduct our home inspection and he was great! So knowledgeable, to-the-point, and very informative! He answered all of our questions and promptly provided a detailed report of his findings and recommendations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection!

Tim was extremely helpful through the home inspection process. He was thorough and explained everything while answering any questions that we had. His report was really easy to read and understand and he got it over to us less than 24 hours after the inspection. Would highly recommend Tim.
