Kelly did a great job inspecting the property. He was very thorough professional. He made sure we understood every issue that he had found and did a good job on the report making sure everything was very clear and well laid out.

Kelly was very detailed with his inspection and found a few major issues that we would not have known about otherwise. We were able to negotiate with the seller before buying the house and get them taken care of. Had he not found those issues we could have been having to pay 20k dollars out of our own pockets down the road. Spend a little with Kelly and save 20k dollars like I did!!!
