Myself and my family have used Olympian numerous times over the years. Never a let down no matter which inspector came out. Courteous, on time, thorough. What more can I say other than if you are looking for a home inspector that will do a great job then look no further.

Me and my partner used Olympian to inspect a 10,000 square foot NYC condominium. We also had water testing done being it is COVID times and also water had not been used in these vacant premises. The attention to detail from the home inspection aspect to the review of the water testing results was far above and beyond a prior experience with someone else. As an investor, I will always use Olympian to look out for my best interest in a purchase situation.

The best of the best. Buying a 10 million dollar brownstone from 1899 is a nervous process. Dennis and Lenny did an amazing job, comed through the home with confidence, left no stone unturned, and reported in writing and verbally in great detail as to the issues I will face. Unfortunately I had to walk away from this home, however my broker already has more of a gem lined up and Lenny will also check that one toward the end of this week. I cannot express these guys are a great investment and they work for you!
