Mario from On Point Home Inspection Services was able to make time for my home inspection project despite short notice and a very busy time in the real estate market. He also did a very thorough and professional job of documenting (with pictures) every potential area of concern inside and outside of the home in easy to understand terms. Even my attorney commented on how professional the final report was saying it was better than most he has seen. Thanks Mario for fitting us in, and doing such a great job. I would definitely use On Point Home Inspections again!
Mario felt like an old friend….. he was very easy to talk to amd explained what he was looking for or at so I could have a better understanding of the whole process. He was patient and forthcoming with things that looked like they needed further looking into and explained the things that aren’t that serious and could be a simple fix. I highly recommend his services and feel I got the best possible impression of what I was buying.
He made the whole process easy and worry free. Answered all my questions, got the report out quickly and accurately and even called after to check in on how everything is going with the process. Genuinely cares about the well being and safety of his clients and the longevity in which their new home can provide. Would highly recommend to anyone needing assistance with an inspection on a home.
