Booking was incredible easy through the website. Our inspector Eric was professional, very thorough, and provided a prompt finalized report within 24 hours!

We found Eric while we were in a tight closing contract and all other inspectors in the area were booked – he only recently started his inspection business so there weren’t a lot of reviews but he had availability so we booked an inspection with him. We can not imagine having had a better home inspection experience! Eric was super responsive to our phone calls/appointment requests and his website was very easy to navigate. For the inspection he was on time and super efficient – he was very friendly and knowledgable, answered any and all questions, and walked us through the entire inspection after he was done.
