Excellent service. After a thorough inspection of the property, Frank wrote a comprehensive report that included photographs, a color code system that prioritized items, and a summary at the end for easy reference.

We found Frank Pino of On Target Home Inspections to be professional, thorough and courteous. My husband and I have used him on three home purchases and for two inspections on rental properties that we have owned for many years. He has helped us purchase homes that have issues we can handle and avoid purchases of a couple of properties that had issues beyond what we were willing to remediate. As for our two longtime rentals his report gave us the advice and guidance we needed to bring them to code and up to date.
