Great inspection team. Peter and Mary are patient and thorough. They did an excellent job with my inspection and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.
As a first time home buyer, this company came highly recommended for finding all the issues. Unfortunately, they didn’t run the Ac because it was cold out at the time…not generally and issue but if Peter had even bothered to open the unit and look it…it would have been evident that it was not operational. Poor home inspection…just cost me $6000. Trust me…you can find someone better. Service: Pre-listing inspections

Peter takes you around the entire home showing you all the ins and outs of what he is looking at and what different things are. He tests everything from light switches to outlets to appliances and pumps. He answered every single question I had and even a few I didn’t know I even had. The report was complete and done MUCH faster than I had thought it would be. Price was great especially for the quality and experience they provide.
