Alfonzo is a U.S. military veteran with over 15 years of combined commercial and residential remodeling experience, and long time believer of doing it right the first time. He carries with him many credentials to back up his knowledge of residential buildings, and the home inspection industry. These credentials mainly consist of licenses, and certifications. He also continues to further his knowledge by receiving training from various professional training institutes annually; like InterNACHI, Spruce Environmental, and ASHI.

OnTrac is ON POINT! They were early for our appointment, and did an incredible job of looking through every part of the house (inside and out) and answered all of my questions. I can’t recommend OnTrac enough…I wish I could give more stars!
My experience with OnTrac was amazing. Alfonzo answered all of my questions and was very thorough with my home inspection.
Alfonso (owner) was very responsive from the very beginning. We were on a time crunch to have inspection and radon test done within a few days so Alfonso adjusted his scheduled to assist us. Once he began the inspection, Alfonso was very informative and his attention to detail was outstanding. Alfonso also beat everyone’s price by a couple hundred dollars, which was OUTSTANDING! I recommend Alfonso for your new home inspection!
