Oracle Home Inspections

We had oracle out to inspect our house. At first it seemed usual and great. Until the day we moved in, a giant water spot showed up on our ceiling. This was after one inspection, and they had come out a second time ONLY to inspect the roof and they missed the hole both times. After we discovered this, they did call to come back out and look and see what was causing the problem. The THIRD time at our house they discovered a pretty sizeable hole. At this point though, we have now developed 2 water stains on our ceiling and the water has traveled into our electrical wiring, causing our electric to short circuit and fill the house with the smell of burning plastic. We called the warranty company that comes with this and they only offered to cover the roof and nothing else and said if we wanted anything else fixed, even though THEY MISSED THE HOLE TWICE, that we would have to go through our home insurance. So now we have to pay at least another $500 deductible to get everything fixed the way we thought that it would be when we moved in. We had to pay over $500 for the original inspection.

H o r r i b l e. Said our roof was in perfect condition and our ceilings now have water marks and electrical damage to where we can’t even use the electric in our living room. The size of the hole that was missed? SIZE OF A SOFTBALL. And our chimney flooded our basement. So yeah, thanks for that.
