His experience was comforting and he was very forthcoming about everything he found. His report was professional and our lawyer said one of the clearest and well organized he’s seen. We will use Kiel for every home we buy, and we’d use him for anything else we’d need inspected if he could do it. His attention to detail and personal touch made my wife and I feel protected and well informed. We were able to make a well informed decision because of all Kiel’s hard word.

We were referred to Palmetto Inspection Services by our real estate agent as we were buying a vacation home in SC. This was a long distance purchase and we were concerned about the condition of the house. We should not have been concerned! Kiel Allen was submitted detailed descriptions and pictures of areas of concern in his final report. He made it very clear that he was available to discuss his findings with us at anytime and was fully accessible to answer questions. This could not have gone any better and we will be correcting areas of concern. A long distance purchase is rather nerve wracking but we felt confident that we had a terrific team in place to help guide us. Palmetto Inspections was an integral part of our team and I would highly recommend them.

Kiel was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, and answered any and all questions I had. I absolutely recommend using Palmetto Inspection Services–I would add a 6th star to this review if that was an option.
