Founder and owner, Dale Kuipers has been in the residential building trades for over 20 years. Dale owned and operated a successful construction company starting in the mid nineties before starting Paradigm. Dale is a licensed builder and is certified through INTERNACHI. Dale also maintains a membership to GRAR.

At Paradigm, we are dedicated to providing a superior level of accuracy and professionalism in our inspection services. We understand that for a home buyer, knowledge is power. We are determined to educate all our clients beyond just the information in the report.

My husband and I were very impressed with Dale and the quality of the inspection he did on our Cabin. We didn’t just want a part time cabin but a retirement home and Dale focused on our long term needs as well as short term. My husband commented that he learned a lot from our inspection.

Our inspector (Dale) showed up on time to our home inspection, was incredibly personable and professional. He took his time to give the house a very detailed inspection and wrote a report with pictures that was returned promptly to us, the same day via email. We conveniently paid online with a credit card. He was open and honest when it came to his work, any additional inspections he offered, plus was honest about the need of them and his professional opinion moving forward. I would highly recommend Dale, and assuming this company employs additional inspectors of his caliber, the company as a whole. We would absolutely use them again if ever needed, and would highly recommend them to others.

His philosophy is that it is best to know the truth about a house right away, and he inspects the house carefully to make sure that his customers know what they are getting. Dale is a great guy to have in your corner during the home buying process.
