I’ve been in the Army National Guard since 2008 where I was part of the breaching and breaking team for structural buildings for natural disasters. He made sure he took his time to do a thorough inspection of the home. He also explained everything along the way and was very knowledgeable about the systems in our home. He provided us with valuable insight for repairs that we could DIY down the road. He also gave us advice on what repairs were top priority versus which ones we could work on down the road. His inspection reports were also very easy to read and were well organized. I would definitely work with Ethan again and would recommend him to all of my friends buying in the area!
We just got our inspection back from Ethan and me and my husband are so impressed at how thorough his inspection was. when he says professional he means it. We really felt like he made sure our home was safe and sound for our family.This inspection really helped us. Worth every penny!
