I recommend Patriot Home Inspections to anyone who is looking for a home inspection in the CSRA. My husband and I have used Patriot Home Inspections twice already and we have been very happy with our experiences. Each time, we were able to schedule a home inspection within a couple of days of contacting them and a digital report was emailed to us within hours of the inspection. At each house, Ben completed a thorough inspection and checked areas that some inspectors could have missed if not taking the time to perform a complete inspection. At the end of the inspections, Ben highlighted any issues he identified during the home inspection and ensured we understood what each issue meant. After the inspection, any questions we had were addressed right away.

I paid extra to have my crawl space inspection done and I later crawled under the house and found a rotten beam. Also in the attic I found spray foam around the fire place which was a attempt to fix a leak. I also found a lose wire in the attic and the tub was installed wrong none of was mentioned in the inspection.
