Let me start off by making you a BIG Promise. Attend your home inspection, and if for any reason you’re not satisfied with the “Quality” of the home inspection service, tell the inspector before the end of the inspection and we’ll either make it right, or you don’t pay the home inspection fee!
After more than 10+ years in the Home Inspection Business, I’ve seen many fly-by-night Home inspectors come and go. I feel sorry for the home buyers that are victimized by these unscrupulous operators.

The final report was completed with the day and was very detailed. Would recommend to anybody looking for a home inspector in the Fayetteville area.

Bryon, I reviewed the “Angry Seller” comments, all documents, and all report comments in reference to your home inspection. As you know Sellers are often upset after a thorough home inspection. I found the report to be accurate and all items were valid. There is no comment or conclusion made in your report that should be removed. The confusion is that the Seller feels that the warranty company has more knowledge than the home inspector or that it is in the Warranty Companies’ best interest to repair or replace systems that are not functioning fully as intended. The warranty repair statement repeats your description of the defect, but decides not to make a full evaluation or repair because it seemed to get better as the system ran. As a first time home buyer, he talked me through the process as he was checking different things. He made suggestions and explained to me what was important. He definitely made things less stressful and I would recommend them to anyone.
