We walked around with them throughout the inspection, they answered all of our questions, and we were impressed by their overall thoroughness and attention to detail. They sent their comprehensive report within 3 hours of the inspection and the report was well organized and also thorough. It included pictures, careful descriptions and recommendations, and an excellent summary page highlighting the issues and work recommended at the conclusion of the report

If you need a house inspection. Call here! Mike will leave you with no unanswered questions. If you go anywhere else they will probably miss things. ???? Setting up the appointment is easy. At first I called and no one answered. I could not leave a voicemail because it was full. I was calling first thing early morning so I didn’t want to to call again and decided to send him a text. I received a text back shortly with the information I requested. With just my email address and name my appointment was confirmed. I asked for an appointment late next week and he was able to fit me in 🙂 Upon arrival I found that Mike and Steve were already there!!! They had already inspected most of the house. While Mike started explaining every little tiny thing to me, Steve was still inspecting further. Mike is so thorough. He explain the small things such as random wires stick out of the exterior I hadn’t even noticed to bigger things like how many layers of roofing I had on the house and how much time I had before I needed a new one. Mike also checked to see if all of my appliances had any recalls and then he set me up to get emails with a monthly report to see if there has been any recalls in the past month. He really went above and beyond what I thought he was going to do. After inspection he said he would “send the report later in the day with some notes”. In less than two hours I received this HUGE 90+ page report complete with comments, colored pictures, condition, AND RECOMMENDATIONS on EVERYTHING we went over. He also provided a book (not pamphlets) with useful information you would need to know as a home owner. (Which I needed because I just don’t know anything ) . It was totally worth the money which was extremely reasonable. Payment was easy. He takes payment after inspection on the spot and he takes most payment methods. On top of all of this , he is a cool, calm and funny guy. I asked a million questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I really wish I could tell you everything they were doing that was just beyond what I thought I was going to get with a home inspection. I didn’t even know people inspected some of those things. Like making sure every part of my radiators were heating up properly. I only thought you check if the heat works! I waited to write this review a month and half later to see if we would find something he didn’t. I didn’t. I highly recommend Mike and his team. Thanks Mike and Steve ????

Not only is he professional but he is extremely knowledgeable and thorough! If there is an issue with house, he WILL find it! He takes the time to talk with you and go over everything he finds as to how major or small the issue may be. He can even offer some insight as to how much it may be to fix. I have used Mike a couple times now and I wouldn’t ever call anyone else. If you are looking for an inspector who gives his 100% and leaves no stone unturned, Mike is the guy for you!
