Im glad I used pauls services. He was super easy to schedule with. He made last minute accommodations and his inspection was superb. He real put me at ease in regards to the homes structure and etc. Especially since i didn’t trust my builder. His report was more than I anticipated. The amount of thoroughness and details. I love the use of the drone and the photos it captured. My only regret is not using him during the beginning phases of construction to really know how our home was being constructed. I was extremely impressed with Paul work. Very professional and thorough. His professionalism and attention to detail are two things that really stood out.There was a genuine feeling from the inspector that made us feel like he trully cared about the state of the property we were buying.As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of who to turn to for an inspection. Paul worked tediously and efficiently to inspect every part of the house. I can say, with confidence, that I feel very good about purchasing our home.He provided us with a well organized binder that detailed his findings from the inspection. Very professional, very thorough!

If I could rate Paul 5 extra stars, I would. Above and beyond expectations. Paul’s level of detail when he inspected my future home really put me at ease knowing that no small detail went overlooked. The inspection report blew me away, not only does he provide pictures, but the way the information is presented and the explanation and recommendations take it a step further. I paid $450 for my last home inspection in Shreveport and was quite disappointed with the level of service received, especially for a report that was $100 more than Paul’s. I wish I knew him beforehand. What stands out about Paul the most is his integrity. He made it clear that he is here to do a job, assess my future home and present any item that is less than acceptable. He is not there to make friends with real estate agents to get new business.
