Joe conducted an inspection of our future home and we had a great experience start to finish! He walked us through all of the major issues with the house in person and sent us a very thorough report with pictures of every item on it (and there were a lot of items) the next day. It’s an old house that will need a lot of work, but I feel much more confident taking it on with Joe’s detailed explanations. He even gave us some helpful info about several of the plants around the house! I don’t plan on buying another house anytime soon, but I would absolutely choose Pearce Home Inspection again.
