Dan Sladek who owns this business is one of the best home inspectors that I have worked with. I have no experience with anyone at PHI except for Dan, but Dan is thorough, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He has the technology to produce the report as he does the inspection, so you are not waiting 24+ hours for the critical report.

Have to agree with Denise. Dan was very thorough, explained to us what he was finding and answered a lot of questions for us. He took video’s and took time to write up his report on the spot, which emailed us before even leaving the house. Quality service, very professional, and just a nice good guy. Would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.
