From the first meeting to the final construction, everyone is happy with their work. They are very polite, and they clean up every day before they leave.

The owner doesn’t fully pay invoices or subs. Wes Pechin has been our victim several times. After reading my reviews, I’ve had his subs contact me and tell me they are experiencing the same thing. Be careful. Pico will likely put a lien on the property if you use it. Ownership is very crooked. You can follow the problems by searching for Wes Pechin.

Would recommend and use him in the future if we were to buy another house. In fact, I would use him in a pre-sell inspection so I would not be caught off guard with anything that would prevent selling a home.

PICO LLC was very detailed with my home inspection and identified issues and suggested solutions. Warren’s help was extremely valuable and gave me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend PICO to any home buyer.
