Premier was outstanding to work with. Debbie and Tim provide more than just a professional inspection. They personally spent extra time walking us through the property and pointing out things for us on the inspection report so we thoroughly understood what any concerns are. This is a great help instead of just getting an overwhelming report. When we were done with the inspection we felt like we had a very good knowledge of any concerns or repairs that were needed immediately and also things to consider in the future. Ultimately they will help you make a great determination of the property. They also seem to have a network of people to refer you to if you are in need of any repairs or improvements you would like to complete.
