Pillar to Post answered all our questions and gave us a very thorough inspection. We were very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of our inspector. A great company to work with.

2nd edit after receiving a response here (and not personally via e-mail or phone as I’d much rather do this privately): You have NOT spoken to me several times. Nobody from your office has. I have received ONE email from Garth on October 4th. In fact, I sent an email to Garth yesterday, stating that I was still expecting a response from my reply on October 8th to the one and only email I received. Second of all, I did not mention any dates of the rain storm that happened, so how would you know how much water came down during the rain period after we experienced issues?

No we are not the clients who hired this company. We just owned the home they left in disorder. Their actual clients should be much more upset about the inadequate inspection done. In addition, the review was posted to multiple sites after they as a company ignored our multiple attempts to reach out to them directly via both email and phone. We are also not claiming they are a bad company. I had a single interaction with one of their employees and it was far from acceptable. Nothing we have stated is untrue or exaggerated in any way and we will be happy to provide the photographs and certified contractors paperwork to that effect. Their ‘inspector’ put my pets at a significant health risk and nearly cost us the sale of our home because he had no clue what he was doing and they have still refused to reach out to us directly, much like they did with previous complaints. Previous complaints have similar statements about homes being left worse off from a visit by this specific employee. The company replied that he would be trained and it would not happen again. Well, obviously that training never took place or he simply does not care and that is what is unacceptable, not the posting of negative reviews after a company does not care enough to take a simple phone call
