First time being part of a home inspection. It was a great and knowledgeable experience. Kyle Steinbock, knew exactly what he was doing. He was great at explaining and answering questions. Very friendly person. Would definitely have him inspect any future homes.The inspection report is also a plus, great photos and recommendations included.

Kyle and his trainee were both professional, wearing appropriate gear, and willing to talk us through every step of the process. They even took the time to explain how to maintain the boiler. They were courteous, fast, and I would absolutely recommend them in the future.

From start to finish the entire experience was very positive! Kyle is very professional, but also has a great personality making you feel very comfortable. Kyle was very thorough throughout the whole inspection. In the end he took the time to go over his recommendations as well as things that he found. The inspection report was also submitted only hours after the inspection. He also gave us a great deal on the entire inspection, saving us money. I highly recommend everything about this company !
