Buyers beware. Their loyalty lies with the steady real-estate work not the occasional home buyer. They give you a lot of information in an attempt to assure you received a thorough inspection. This was not the case in my experience.
The service was prompt and the inspection was very thorough. The report I was provided was incredibly easy to understand, with detailed pictures that perfectly illustrated issues found. Because of their report I actually terminated the contract on the property due to the current owner not wanting to fix the issue (roof needing replaced). I plan to use Pillar to Post on any future inspections.
Chad Bridwell and the Pillar to Post team saved me a lot of money — and even more headaches — after inspecting a home for me. Chad was thorough in his process and clear in explaining all the issues on the house.
