Jared Judson is your local home inspector serving Nassau County, Suffolk County, and Queens. Jared Judson has been a proud resident of either Queens or Long Island for over 40 years. Currently owning a home in Bellmore, Jared’s background in the home improvement industry, as well as previously owning his own business, has given him a solid base for his home inspection business. Jared takes pride in providing clients with a detailed and thorough inspection, of the highest quality. As Jared states: “This is the largest purchase of my client’s life. They are putting their trust in me, and therefore I inspect the home as if it were a home I was buying for myself.” Jared is available for inspections 7 days a week at times that are convenient to clients and realtors. Jared’s office is available to give you a quote or book an inspection up until 11pm Monday through Friday, 8pm on Saturday, and 5pm on Sunday.

There are many crucial components to purchasing a home before you actually purchase one. As a Mortgage Banker for over 30 years in the business,, getting the property inspected by by someone who really knows what they are doing is paramount . I have referred Jared Judson to all of my clients who are purchasing their home and the feedback i get form their experience is in total harmony. That Jared showed up exactly on time, went thru the home completely, and covered every inch from the basement, crawl space and attic explained everything in extreme detail, He even flew a drown over the house to examine the condition of the roof. He is passionate about his work and takes a great deal of time with every inspection. By far the best in the industry that i have worked with in years.

Jared was amazing! He was available to do my home inspection within 24 hours of contacting him & the entire process was seamless. He was punctual, professional & extremely thorough & my husband & I are so grateful that we went with him! He delivers the report almost immediately & he makes this portion of the home buying process super easy.
