Aaron Cunningham was thorough and shared a wealth of information with us, both on items to actively pursue for repairs, and for general upkeep and maintenance on the property. We have worked with a few other inspectors on recent prospective sales and we know how devastating a bad inspection can go. Aaron was by far the best we interacted with through this long process. He was polite and patient with all of our many questions, and the follow-up report he provided will remain an important document that we see ourselves referencing for years to come. Drone footage of the roof and surrounding property was a nice touch, too, very slick
