We were thrilled with the comprehensive nature of the inspection, especially as first time buyers. We feel confident knowing the reality of the road ahead and felt that our inspector, Andy, went over and above to work with us, answer questions, and alleviate our concerns.
Andy was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what he could and suggested fixes even as we went through the house. Though he didn’t have to be, he was very humble and not patronizing with all my questions and didn’t seem irritated. Because of his report, we are more comfortable with purchasing the house!
