I only have one other inspection to compare to, but this inspection far exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the way that everything was explained in a way that I could understand, and I felt I had a good sense of what was a safety issue, versus just something to be aware of and how to go about making the necessary changes. I also really appreciate the book of information that was provided at the end. that will be extremely helpful. Lastly, Brian was very personable, in addition to being thorough, which made the whole experience that much more pleasant. would definitely recommend.
This was my first home inspection and Brian was excellent to work with. He explained the entire process and was able to answer all the questions I asked him. Thanks to him I have a better understanding of the items I should fix in the future and the recommended maintenance schedule for many of the systems in the house.
Brian was great. Very thorough. he took his time and walked me through everything i could think of and what i didn’t. I would recommend again
