If you need an extremely thorough and professional home inspection done, CALL CHUCK! He was very kind and his attention to detail was incredible. We showed up to a nice layout of snacks and goodies provided by Chuck for our wait. After the inspection process, Chuck was punctual with sending the report and made absolutely sure that we were satisfied. He even gave us a coupon!

This inspector is easy to work with, friendly, punctual and thorough! We were also given an awesome printed out portfolio of the inspection that made it easy to read and understand.

Our experience was phenomenal! Being a newly constructed home, the detail and time spent by Chuck was welcomed. Our P2P representative wore a mask and observed Covid safety protocol which was much appreciated. The booklet with descriptions, pictures and with the added home details were an added bonus. I would recommend you to everyone I know!
