Craig was very patient and made sure to explain all the things he was looking for during the inspection. He took the time to answer all of my questions during the inspection and tell me about important maintenance aspects and risk areas of the property. Craig did an excellent job with the report and was very quick to get the report back to me after the inspection. I would definitely use him again.
For my condo inspection, Craig was prompt, thorough, efficient, and professional. Took time with Buyers to answer questions and evaluate their concerns. Clear, concise report delivered the next day. Would definitely recommend.
