Darin was very communicative and thorough in the process. He gave a great report on the inspection and a quick turn around for radon testing. I would highly recommend his services and would definitely use again if I need further inspections.
The experience was seamless from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and Darin was in communication with me before the appointment. When I arrived at the home to go through his findings, Darin was warm, patient, and very thorough. He had actually gone to the property the night before to make sure his equipment was set up, and that his tasks were ready to tackle. He even started his inspection a bit early – which ensured that not one second of my time was spent waiting on anything – a true gift! He went through each category of inspection, and made sure I really understood every point. He took extra time showing me the exact issues on top of his great photographs and written explanation.
