Dave was very thorough and fast. He did a great job explaining everything to us and provided us with a very detailed and organized portfolio that will help us get started in our new house and help keep track of things in the future. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

Dave is great to work with, flexible scheduling to meet client’s needs and the ability to walk through issues a home has in a way that informs, educates and prepares the buyer to be the new owner. He notes things that are high priority items, as well as continuing maintenance items that are good to keep an eye on or put on a schedule. If you need an inspection, give him a call.

David Kelling did an excellent job documenting the details of a very thorough inspection. This helped our family rest easy as we were not available to be in-person during the inspection. David was able to answer follow-up questions we had about the home. We were very impressed with the professionalism and customer service Pillar to Post provided.
