You guys were great all around, from the first phone message I left (which was returned withing 5 minutes!) to scheduling (next day appointment!) to the inspection itself (so courteous and thorough) to the post-inspection report (nifty binder with ALL the material I could ever want about home maintenance). One million shiny stars!!! Great service. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.

Rodney was thorough and took time to explain the inspection. The office was easy to work with.

Amelia was extremely informative and took time to explain the process thoroughly, which was very reassuring as first time home buyers who did not know what to expect. We even had to reschedule last minute due to the sellers holding an estate sale, and Amelia accommodated it, as well as ensured our sewer scope was rescheduled. When it came to inspection time, Tom was very thorough and he explained in detail each observation he made. He took the time show us the areas of concern we had that were accessible, and did so while respecting social distancing. Our home is a 114 year old home, and we feel so much more confident with our purchase after having Tom’s inspection and would absolutely recommend Pillar To Post to anyone and everyone!
