It was a pleasure working with Imran. He is the ultimate professional. He explained everything to me and my wife very clearly and without any ambiguity. After I got his report, I was confident with the decision we made to buy or not to buy the houses he inspected. We made a decision to not buy the first house he inspected based on his findings, and we were happy with that decision.
I have been a real estate agent for over 8 years and have used several home inspectors. I have been using Imran Qillawala for the past couple of years and he is simply the best. He is very professional and caring. He is thorough on his inspections and clearly explains his findings. I highly recommend Imran to everyone in need of a great home inspector.
Imran was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, applied due care to the general inspection of the home, termite, and Radon inspection. The fee was cheaper than others.
