Jay did a great job! He answered all questions and went above and beyond to test the safety of my soon to be home! He had recommendations for all the services I would need and took into consideration the other inspections I had when putting together his so it was all in one place. My favorite part was that he brought donuts for our morning appointment! How sweet is that?! On top of all of it he put together a new home binder complete with seasonal home maintenance! I think that’s great cause it’s my first house and I would’ve never known to do these things! Thanks Jay for an amazing home inspection experience. I will forever use you for my home inspections.

He does a good job, his reports are particularly thorough and detailed, and he is very friendly and personable. And you won’t ever find him without a bag full of snacks, a cooler full of drinks (non-alcoholic), and a folding chair to keep his clients comfy while they wait.

As a first time home buyer who didn’t know what to expect on inspection day, I am beyond pleased with the overall experience. Jay and Cody were top notch professionals who made my entire home inspection process a breath of fresh air and they explained everything I needed to know about my new home. One of my favorite parts about the inspection is receiving the 360 degree photos for every aspect of the interior and exterior parts of the home. Would I use Jay and Cody from Pillar to Post again?
